If you ever need to return or exchange your bag, for whatever reason, we make it hassle-free*:

1. Contact us at 1-855-273-7200, ext. 3, or via email at customercare@aperabags.com.

2. Have your Order Number ready (found in the order confirmation email we sent or on the packing slip that came with your bag). If you can’t find it, don’t sweat, we can look it up for you.

3. Provide us with your current email address.

That’s it! Once we get your information, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email so you can ship your bag back to us at no cost to you.

You’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We’ll then credit your account (credit card or PayPal) 7-10 business days after we receive your item, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.

* We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise – FREE, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception being personalized or custom-made items. Certain return fees may apply for returns made after 30 days.

Our guarantee does not include damage by normal wear and tear, accident, or improper use.If an Apera product is determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship, Apera will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty only applies to the original owner.
