  2. Apera has developed standards and guidelines to help ensure the integrity of our environmentalism and quality within our products. Apera will continually strive to reduce our impact on our planet, while building sophisticated products.
  3. Apera suppliers will test our products based on a strict set of quality guidelines for every piece of product they build.
    1. We thoroughly test every product prior to production (tests for zipper/seam strength/abrasion, handle strength, tear/puncture/tensile strength, wet/dry crocking, cold/heat deformity, hardware corrosion, and many more).
    2. Apera has developed a zero tolerance list of hazardous chemicals to avoid that eliminates chemicals such as formaldehyde, nickel, mercury, lead, etc. from even coming close to our products.
  1. If you spill anything on our bag (inside or out), simply use a rag with mild soap and water to spot clean your bag. We do not recommend washing your bag in a washing machine for 2 reasons:
    1. Full washings will deplete the effectiveness of the Sanitized Freshness ® protection.
    2. Full washings can potentially damage the materials used on the  interior of your bag.

  1. You can receive discounts on your Apera orders in a couple different ways:
    1. You may sign up for the Apera Perks Program to start earning AperaCash today! As an Apera Perks Member, you will be notified when exclusive Perks-members-only sales are going on. Sign up for Perks >>
    2. If you come across an ambassador discount code or gym/club Zip code, you may apply that promo code to your purchase at checkout for an additional discount.
During the checkout process, there is a coupon code field for you to enter any valid discount codes. Once a valid discount code is entered, you should see the percentage deducted from your order total.
  1. Yes! You can order custom logoed bags in two different ways:
    1. You may place an order for custom logoed bags by sending an email to our Customer Service team or call them at 1(855)273-7200 to get started! There is no minimum quantity needed per order, just a $50 set-up fee and $75 design fee if our team needs to create a vector logo for you.
    2. You can apply to the Apera Zip program to receive an exclusive “ZIP Code” associated to your company/gym/club. Your members will be able to apply your Zip Code to their Apera bag purchase(s) that will give them a discount, brand their bag(s) with your logo, and let you earn a commission on purchases made with your Zip Code. Payment

  1. We accept debit or credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, & Discover.
  2. We also offer Express Payment options including ApplePay, GooglePay, & PayPal.

Tax is calculated by the ZIP code you enter with your billing address at checkout.

Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. You can enter your tracking number and track your package with USPS here: Track my order on USPS >>
Absolutely, just make sure to enter their name and address for the shipping address (and enter your information for the billing address).

Free USPS Priority Mail are scheduled to arrive within 1-3 business days. USPS Priority Express Mail are scheduled to arrive the next business day. Please note: If orders are received after 10:00 AM PST, they will ship the following business day.
Upon placing your order, you should receive a shipping notification email with your package tracking number from Apera Bags. If you did not receive a shipping notification email, please call 1(855)273-7200 or email Customer Service for help.
If you wish to return an item you purchased and received, please call 1(855)273-7200 or email Customer Service for assistance.

Perks Program

Anyone can join the Apera Perks program for FREE and start reaping the benefits of being a Perks Member! Customers can earn AperaCash and exclusive discounts by signing up for the program. Discover Apera Perks >>
Once the return is confirmed, the amount of AperaCash you used towards your purchase will be credited back to your Perks account for future use. Please note, your AperaCash must be used within 2 years of the date it was earned.

Login to your Perks account, click “Account Details” and add your date of birth into the birthdate field.
  1. You may only apply for the MSE+ discount when you sign up for the Perks Program. Sign up for Perks Program >>.
  2. Do not use the Facebook or Google easy-sign-in to register for the Perks Program if you wish to apply for the MSE+ program. Once you apply for the program and set up your Perks account, you can login to your Apera account with Facebook or Gmail if your Facebook or Gmail account is the same email address you used to register.

Ambassador Program

  1. The Ambassador program is our referral program specifically made for social media influencers and/or bloggers. We recommend anyone with a following on a social media platform or with a large blog following apply for our Ambassador program. Upon being accepted into our Ambassador program, ambassadors will receive a unique discount code to share with their audience.
  2. When ambassadors discount code is applied to a purchase, the customer will receive a discount, and simultaneously the ambassador will earn a commission on the sale they helped generate. See more details about this program and apply online: Learn more about the Ambassador Program >>
become an Apera Ambassador, you must apply online. Only a select few will be selected, so don’t get discouraged if you weren’t approved. Continue to grow your following and apply again in a few months. In the meantime, you can still join the Apera Perks program and start earning AperaCash today.
  1. You can update your name, email, and password by logging into your Apera account and clicking “Account Details” in the menu options to the left. Be sure to save your changes before changing screens.
  2. If you wish to change information on your Refersion account settings, please log into your Refersion account and click “Settings” in the menu options at the top of your login page. This is where you will be able to modify the settings for your timezone, name and address, payment information, password, and delete your Refersion account. Note: Do not delete your Refersion account if you are still earning commission on your Ambassador code!
When we made you an Ambassador, we tagged your account to always receive a certain discount on orders you place while logged into your ambassador account on the Apera website. Simply place an order while you are logged into your account, and your discount will automatically be deducted from your order total at checkout.

  2. Change my Refersion password: If you are able to login to your Refersion account, and just want to change your Refersion account password, log into your Refersion account select the “Settings” tab on the top of the page, and click “Password” in the left menu options.
  1. Your Refersion account and your Apera account are two separate accounts. Your Refersion account is your portal to track your sales, what Apera products your audience is buying, and manage the commission you’ve earned.
  2. Your Apera account is where you can go to purchase your own Apera gear and track your Apera orders.
Yes! As log as you use the same email address during the registration process for your different roles, you will be able to hold multiple roles to one account. You will be able to see your roles When you login to your account page, you will see your roles listed in the upper right hand corner.

Zip Program

  1. The Zip program is our referral program specifically made for gyms and clubs. We recommend our Zip program to any gym or club that wants to offer their members branded Apera bags and earn money on commission, all without buying any inventory! Upon being accepted into our Zip program, members will receive a unique “Zip code” to share with their members.
  2. When a Zip code is applied to a purchase, the customer will receive a discount, the gym/club’s logo will be placed on their bag(s), and the gym/club will earn a commission on the sale they helped generate. When a customer applies a Zip code to an order, Apera’s system will deduct the discount from the order total, automatically put the logo associated to that gym/club’s Zip code  onto the bag(s) ordered, and the gym/club will receive commission on the sale they helped generate.
  1. Upload during registration: Once approved, you will complete your Zip program registration. During the registration process, you will be given the opportunity to upload your gym/club’s logo. Please keep in mind, all logos uploaded must be formatted as an .ai, .eps, .pdf, or vector image. If you do not have your logo as one of those file types, we can create one for you! Simply check the box below the image submission box to continue submitting your image and accept the one-time $75 design fee.
  2. Upload after registration: If you have been approved for the Zip program and wish to upload a new logo after you’ve completed your Zip registration, please follow these instructions: Log into your Apera Zip account, click the Gym/Club Logo Link to the left, and within that page, you will see a space to upload your logo. Once it’s uploaded, click save and you’re done! Please keep in mind, all logos uploaded must be formatted as an .ai, .eps, .pdf, or vector image. If you do not have your logo as one of those file types, we can create one for you! Simply check the box below the image submission box to continue submitting your image and accept the one-time $75 design fee.

Once it’s uploaded, click save and you’re done!

Simply check the box below the image submission box to continue submitting your image and accept the one-time $75 design fee.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so online within 3 hours of the time you placed your order. Login to your Apera account, click the “Orders” tab on the left hand menu, and locate the order you would like to cancel. If you see a red “X” to the right of your order description, then you can click it to cancel your order and confirm your order cancellation in the pop-up window to follow. If the “X” to the right of your order description is greyed out, please call 1(855)273-7200 or email Customer Service for help.
